Service fees are based on factors such as:

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any additional charges will be explained before work begins whenever possible.
If a service request is cancelled after a tow truck has been dispatched, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply depending on the circumstances and distance traveled.
Customers are responsible for:
Removing personal belongings from the vehicle before transportation.
Informing our team of any known mechanical issues or special handling requirements.
Ensuring the vehicle is legally accessible for towing.
Maiwand Towing is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.
While we take every reasonable precaution to transport vehicles safely, Maiwand Towing shall not be liable for:
Existing damage to the vehicle
Mechanical failures unrelated to our services
Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control
Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
